Meet Dr. Soledad, Pedodontist in Goodyear

I am so happy to be part of Hilgers Pediatric Dentistry over the years!

Born and raised in Peru, I wanted to become a pediatric dentist ever since I was a child. I became a dentist at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru. I then moved to the University of Connecticut where I completed two years of training in General Dentistry. For the following two years, I completed my pediatric dentistry specialty training also at the University of Connecticut. There, I earned my certificate in Pediatric Dentistry and later also completed a Fellowship in Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Kelly Hilgers and I met while we were both in training at the University of Connecticut and we have been good friends and colleagues ever since.

My husband is from Canada and is a specialist in Periodontics. We have four children and have been calling Arizona our home for almost 20 years! Outside of work, I like to cook, garden, travel, and spend time with my family.

I truly enjoy working with children and playing a part of their lives as a healthcare provider. It brings me great joy to see our pediatric patients grow to become young adults, and I feel it is my privilege to serve you and your family as a pediatric dentist.
