I never review places but Hilgers was INCREDIBLE. If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist STOP LOOKING and make an appointment. My daughter needed EXTENSIVE work on her whole mouth. She’s only 3.5 and it worries me so much but Dr. Kelly Hilgers was awesome & talked to me about everything. The Anesthesiologist was also amazing & helped calm my fears. Although it wasn’t an ideal situation, and I hated the anesthesia part (she had a hard time waking up & it was very sad) I still appreciate how amazing they were. The day after the appointment, I had some questions and even though Dr Hilgers was off, she called me & talked to me about everything again. Very thankful for Hilgers.

My preschooler had to get some work done and worked himself up so much that the word hysterical doesn’t do it justice. The staff was wonderful and took the time to do what needed to be done. They were all very skilled and prepared to address the situation in a calm, patient, professional way using effective techniques to hold him still and talk him down. In addition, they were very encouraging to me and never made me feel even more embarrassed than I already was about his behavior. It’s tough to see your child go through something like that but I had complete confidence that he was in good hands the entire time. I also observed the other staff periodically popping their heads into the room to see if anyone needed any help. That is the mark of a strong team. Job well done!

Best dental care for children. If you care about your Child’s Oral health, Dr. Kelly and Hilgers Dental is the one you want! They found cavities while doing a cleaning that another well-known pediatric dentistry group didn’t even find (Hilgers found them, went to get them filled at the other bc they accepted both insurances, and they told me neither child had cavities). But Hilgers has x-ray proof! The other didn’t even bother to take x-rays, just said my kids had no cavities. You have to wonder...is it bc they were hoping I’d come back later for more expensive work by letting the cavities cause more damage?? Learned my lesson...Won’t ever go anywhere but Hilgers. Even though they only take one of my insurances, they truly care about my children’s oral health! Even worked out special payment arrangements so I could get the treatment there. Treatment with no Co-pay doesn’t matter if the other dentist can’t find anything to treat!!!

My kids feel super comfortable getting treated at Hilgers Pediatric Dentistry. Even my 18month old was super cooperative. The staff is great at getting you checked in and back as fast as possible.
