It’s always a pleasure bringing my kids here. Dr. Kelly is always consistent, patient, and very communicative regarding their care plans. I refer everyone here for pediatric dentistry because of how the kids are treated and cared for. If you are looking for the right treatment for your children, you would be remiss if you didn’t give Hilger’s the chance to take care of your family.

The office is beautiful and kid-friendly, very inviting; I love the environment. The dental assistants are very professional and very nice. Today was our first visit at Hilgers. My 2.5 YO son was quite upset as he is not used to the dentist yet & the staff (thank you Vanessa) were so patient with him and did their best to help him feel comfortable. All staff, from the front desk to the doctor and in between were fantastic with our kids (and us). They kept appointments on time and quick, great with the kiddos and making sure they were not scared and knew what was going on. Made for a great first dentist ever appointment for our 3-year-old.

The staff at Hilgers are all so kind and professional. They treat littles with so much patience and understanding. My 1 year old was screaming her lungs out for her first appointment and the assistant was quick to offer her some toys to distract her and make her comfortable. The dentists have been on time and it's helpful to know that they do their best to run on schedule.

My child and myself mostly have a great experience there was one time when I had to call to reschedule the appointment and the woman was so rude about it because it was last minute. Not sure as to the why maybe she was having a bad morning. Other than that is normally a positive experience. They are kind and patient with my child. They do a great job at making them feel comfortable when visiting.

Getting my son’s filling was a breeze! He was calm and comfortable throughout the whole thing. They have fun games and prizes that make it exciting to go. So much so that he asks about going back to the dentist! Hard to beat that 🙂
