Pediatric Dentist Patient Reviews

My daughter broke her tooth over the weekend, it was a traumatic experience for her. When we went to the office Dr. Kelly was amazing with her. So compassionate and explaining everything that she was going to do. My daughter, and I, were put at ease. Watching her rebuild the tooth then going through all the steps of polishing it reassuring my daughter the entire time and giving her words of encouragement. When she was done the tooth looked better than it had before and it blended perfectly with the other teeth! Even upon close inspection it looks like nothing had ever happened. Dr. Kelly gave us words of advice for future care and we left confident that we would be able to take care of the new tooth. This is why we choose Hilgers Pediatric, they are always so professional and my children's care is obviously important to them. Thank you Dr. Kelly and everyone in the office!

Overall a nice establishment, that can make kids feel comfortable in the front waiting area...has arcades, TV's and computers...however, in the back exam rooms there's very little privacy...which can make kids uncomfortable... My son got more anxiety while getting work done ..because they leave their doors open and you can hear kids screaming crying and I would suggest more privacy and cubicles for examination areas

Been coming here for years and have even brought my niece and nephew from out of state here. The service is exceptional and the staff and dentists are all very accommodating and considerate. We have always been treated with a high level of respect and compassion. From the front staff to the billing department, everyone always provides us with quality service.

The staff at Hilgers is always so awesome. My daughter always has a great experience at every appointment. They make her feel comfortable and always on top of everything. I love the way how they are able to show the parents the xrays and explain where the problems are if any and what needs to be done to resolve the issue to maintain a healthy mouth. Will definitely continue to come back as well as spread the word about Hilgers.
